CineScoper プライバシーポリシー
CineScoper（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得・利用する情報の範囲を説明します。
1. 本アプリが取得する情報
1.1 写真ライブラリ
- ユーザが本アプリ内で選択した 写真・動画のメタ情報、サムネイル、および写真の PHAsset ローカル識別子 を取得します。
- 取得したデータは シネスコ風 letterbox を施した作品として書き出すこと のみに使用します。
- 選択された写真・動画は 端末内でのみ処理 され、外部サーバへ送信・アップロードされることはありません。
- 動画はトリミング・書き出しのため一時的にアプリの Documents 配下にコピーされます。写真は PHAsset 参照のみを保持し、サムネイルだけをアプリ領域に保存します。
1.2 広告識別子（IDFA）
- 本アプリは Google AdMob を用いて広告を表示します。
- App Tracking Transparency（ATT）プロンプトでユーザが 許可した場合に限り、IDFA が AdMob に渡されパーソナライズされた広告に利用されます。
- 同意しない場合は、非パーソナライズ広告として動作し、広告自体は引き続き表示されます。
1.3 AdMob による自動収集情報
- Google AdMob SDK は広告配信のためデバイス情報を自動的に収集します。詳細は Google の公開資料を参照してください: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
1.4 アプリの設定・購入状態
- UserDefaults および StoreKit のトランザクション情報（Pro 解除済みフラグ等）は 端末ローカルにのみ保持 します。
2. 第三者への提供
- 本アプリが情報を提供する第三者は Google AdMob のみ です。
- Google のプライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- これ以外の第三者に対し、ユーザが選択した写真・動画やサムネイル等を送信することはありません。
3. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のユーザを対象としていません。13 歳未満から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
4. データの保存と削除
- 本アプリが端末内に保存するデータは、アプリを削除することで完全に削除されます。
- iOS の設定 > 写真 > CineScoper から、写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可をいつでも取り消すことができます。
- iOS の設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング から、IDFA に関する許可をいつでも変更できます。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーが変更された場合は、本ページの掲載をもってユーザへの通知に代えます。

CineScoper Privacy Policy
CineScoper (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information the App Collects
1.1 Photo Library
- The App accesses metadata, thumbnails, and the PHAsset local identifier of photos and videos that you explicitly select inside the App.
- This data is used solely for the purpose of producing your own letterboxed output.
- All processing happens on-device. Selected photos and videos are never uploaded to any server.
- Videos are temporarily copied into the App's Documents directory for trimming and export. For photos, only the PHAsset reference and a thumbnail are stored within the App.
1.2 Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
- The App displays ads through Google AdMob.
- The IDFA is shared with AdMob only if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, in which case it is used for personalized advertising.
- If you decline, the App continues to operate with non-personalized ads.
1.3 Information Collected by AdMob
- The Google AdMob SDK automatically collects certain device information for ad delivery. See Google's documentation for details: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
1.4 App Settings and Purchase State
- UserDefaults values and StoreKit transaction state (such as the Pro-unlock flag) are stored locally on your device only.
2. Third Parties
- The only third party the App shares information with is Google AdMob.

- The App does not transmit your photos, videos, or thumbnails to any other third party.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- All data stored locally by the App is removed when you uninstall the App.
- You can revoke photo library access at any time via Settings > Photos > CineScoper.
- You can change your IDFA tracking permission at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page; continued use of the App constitutes notice of the change.
