CineScoper 利用規約
1. 規約への同意
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CineScoper（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は本アプリを利用しないでください。
2. 知的財産
- 本アプリにユーザが取り込む写真・動画素材の権利は、すべてユーザに帰属します。本アプリはこれらの素材を端末内で処理するための限定的なライセンスのみを取得します。
- 本アプリ自体（ソースコード、ロゴ、UI、フォント等）の権利は開発者に帰属します。本アプリの利用に対しては、本規約に従って非独占的・譲渡不可能な利用権が許諾されます。
3. 禁止事項
本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します:
- 法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
- 本アプリに対するリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル等の解析行為
- 本アプリ、その API、または広告 SDK の不正な改変・回避
- 第三者の知的財産権を侵害する素材を本アプリに取り込み、または書き出し物として配布する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
4. アプリ内課金 (IAP)
- 本アプリは Pro オプション（広告解除）を 1 件のみ提供します。
- 購入は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理され、課金は Apple アカウントに請求されます。
- 返金は Apple の規定（support.apple.com）に従います。開発者が直接返金処理を行うことはできません。
- 同一の Apple ID から購入を復元することができます。
5. 免責
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、特定目的への適合性、商品性、完全な動作を保証しません。
- 本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた直接的・間接的損害について、開発者は法令で許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
- OS のアップデート、写真・動画フォーマットの変化、その他外部要因によって動作が変わる可能性があります。
6. 規約の変更
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を改定できるものとします。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、本ページの掲載をもってユーザへの通知に代えます。
7. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は 日本法 に準拠して解釈されます。本アプリに関連して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の住所地を管轄する日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

CineScoper Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the CineScoper application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
- All rights in the photos and videos you import into the App belong to you. The App receives only the limited license needed to process those materials on-device.
- The App itself (source code, logo, UI, fonts, etc.) is owned by the developer. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
- tamper with or attempt to bypass the App, its APIs, or any embedded ad SDK;
- import materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or distribute outputs that do so;
- interfere with the operation of the App.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
- The App offers a single Pro option (ad removal).
- Purchases are processed via Apple's StoreKit and billed to your Apple account.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies (see support.apple.com). The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
- You can restore previous purchases on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
- The App is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- OS updates, changes in photo/video formats, or other external factors may affect the App's behavior.
6. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms as needed. Updates take effect when posted on this page; continued use of the App constitutes notice of the change.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the developer's address.
